  3. In another bowl, whisk milk and egg.
  4. Dip each onion ring into the flour mixture, then the milk mixture, then the breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Fry onion rings in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
