Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Whisk egg and milk in a separate bowl.
  4. Place flour in a third bowl.
  5. Coat each chicken tender in flour, dip in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mix.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end.
