Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Whisk egg and milk in a separate bowl.
- Place flour in a third bowl.
- Coat each chicken tender in flour, dip in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mix.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
