Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in yogurt, lemon juice, and salt for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat butter in a pan, sauté onions until golden.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, and spices, cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add marinated chicken, cook until done.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. For flatbread, mix flour, baking powder, milk, and salt to form dough.
  7. Divide into balls, roll out, and cook on a hot griddle.
  8. Brush with melted butter and crushed garlic before serving.
