Ingredients

- 500g chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in yogurt, lemon juice, and salt for 30 minutes.
- Heat butter in a pan, sauté onions until golden.
- Add garlic, ginger, and spices, cook for 2 minutes.
- Add marinated chicken, cook until done.
- Stir in heavy cream, simmer for 5 minutes.
- For flatbread, mix flour, baking powder, milk, and salt to form dough.
- Divide into balls, roll out, and cook on a hot griddle.
- Brush with melted butter and crushed garlic before serving.
