Gevulde Paprika’s met Kip en Kaas is a hearty dish featuring bell peppers stuffed with seasoned chicken and melted cheese.

- 4 large bell peppers
- 500g ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut tops off bell peppers and remove seeds.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic.
- Add ground chicken, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until browned.
- Mix cooked rice with chicken filling.
- Stuff peppers with the mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until peppers soften.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use any color bell peppers.
- Replace chicken with turkey for variation.
- Add chili flakes for extra heat.
