Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 500g ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut tops off bell peppers and remove seeds.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic.
  4. Add ground chicken, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until browned.
  5. Mix cooked rice with chicken filling.
  6. Stuff peppers with the mixture.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until peppers soften.
  9. Serve hot.
