Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, zucchini)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss chicken and vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Spread evenly on a baking tray.
- Roast for 30-35 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot.
