- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Add cherry tomatoes and asparagus, then season with salt and black pepper.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until asparagus is tender-crisp.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle fresh parsley before serving.
