- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Form the mixture into 8 small patties.
- Place a small amount of cheddar cheese in the center of each patty and fold the meat around it.
- Flatten each biscuit and wrap it around a stuffed patty, sealing the edges.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Brush melted butter over the top and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Add diced onions or jalapeños for extra flavor.
- Serve with ketchup or ranch for dipping.
