Crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor, these Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a fun twist on classic cheeseburgers. Perfect for parties or a quick snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into 8 small patties.
  4. Place a small amount of cheddar cheese in the center of each patty and fold the meat around it.
  5. Flatten each biscuit and wrap it around a stuffed patty, sealing the edges.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Brush melted butter over the top and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
