Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chicken breasts, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Add spinach and cook for another 2 minutes until wilted.
- Return chicken to the skillet, sprinkle with red pepper flakes if using, and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Stir everything together and cook for an additional 1 minute.
- Serve hot.

- Use frozen broccoli if fresh is unavailable—thaw before cooking.
