This delicious Garlic Butter Steak paired with creamy mac and cheese is the perfect comfort food for any occasion.

- 2 pieces Ribeye steak
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 4 cloves Garlic cloves
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 8 ounces Macaroni pasta
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 ounces Cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- for garnish Parsley
Instructions
- Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- Add minced garlic and remaining butter to the skillet, spooning the melted garlic butter over the steaks as they cook.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.
- In a separate pot, cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, combine milk, cream cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and cheddar cheese over medium heat until melted and creamy.
- Stir in the cooked macaroni until well combined.
- Serve the garlic butter steak alongside the creamy mac and cheese, garnished with parsley.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the steak in garlic and herbs for a few hours before cooking.
- Feel free to use any type of cheese you prefer for the mac and cheese.
