Juicy steak bites cooked in garlic butter with crispy potatoes.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add potatoes and cook until golden and crispy, about 10 minutes.
- Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Push potatoes to one side of the skillet and add steak bites.
- Sear steak bites for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Toss everything together until coated in garlic butter.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Use cast iron for best searing.
- Let steak rest before cutting.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
