Description
Tender steak bites cooked in garlic butter sauce served with creamy Alfredo pasta.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steak bites with salt and pepper.
- Sear steak bites for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Pour heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and steak bites back to the skillet. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
- Cook steak bites in batches if skillet is crowded.
