Ingredients

  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
