Cool and refreshing summer snacks that kids can easily make themselves, perfect for hot days!
Ingredients

- 1 cup yogurt (any flavor)
- 1 cup fresh fruit (berries, bananas, or mango)
- 1/2 cup granola
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup fruit juice (for popsicles)
- 1 cup coconut milk (for popsicles)
- Popsicle molds
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt with honey or maple syrup for added sweetness.
- Layer the yogurt mixture, fresh fruit, and granola in cups or bowls.
- Serve immediately as parfaits, or place them in the freezer for 30 minutes for a chilled treat.
- For popsicles, combine fruit juice and coconut milk in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, inserting sticks as needed.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
- To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to easily release the popsicles.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the ingredients based on what fruits and flavors your kids enjoy.
- These snacks can be made in advance and stored in the freezer for quick treats on hot days.
