Instructions

  2. Layer the yogurt mixture, fresh fruit, and granola in cups or bowls.
  3. Serve immediately as parfaits, or place them in the freezer for 30 minutes for a chilled treat.
  4. For popsicles, combine fruit juice and coconut milk in a bowl.
  5. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, inserting sticks as needed.
  6. Freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
  7. To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to easily release the popsicles.
