A refreshing and easy-to-make frozen strawberry margarita pie that combines the flavors of strawberries and lime, perfect for hot days and summer gatherings!

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup tequila (preferably silver)
- 1/2 cup triple sec
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, pureed
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for topping)
- Lime wedges and strawberries (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, tequila, triple sec, and pureed strawberries. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the strawberry margarita filling into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Before serving, whip the powdered sugar into some heavy cream to create a light topping.
- Slice the pie and serve with whipped cream, lime wedges, and additional strawberries as garnish.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute tequila and triple sec with soda or sparkling water.
- Feel free to add fresh strawberry slices inside the pie filling for added texture.
- Allow the pie to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before slicing for easier servings.
