Ingredients
Scale
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips to resemble fries.
- Soak the potato strips in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch, then drain and pat them dry with a towel.

- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded. You may need to do this in batches.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
