Instructions
- Whisk ricotta, eggs, milk, and vanilla in a bowl.

- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Pour batter into the pan to form pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.
- Serve warm with syrup or fruit.
