Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the corn on the grill and cook, turning occasionally, until charred and tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. While the corn is grilling, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Cotija cheese, chili powder, garlic powder, and lime juice in a bowl.
  4. Once the corn is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it cool slightly.
  5. Brush the corn with the mayonnaise mixture, ensuring it’s well coated.
