Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown ground beef with onion in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the beef mixture in a baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Arrange tater tots evenly over the cheese layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until tater tots are golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
