- 250g pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes to the pan. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Stir in the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
