- 4 whole wheat tortillas

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine the chicken strips with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place the chicken and mixed vegetables on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Remove from grill and let cool slightly. In a tortilla, layer the grilled chicken, vegetables, shredded cheese, and avocado slices.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly, and serve with fresh cilantro on top.
