- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Powdered erythritol or other sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt the sugar-free chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream until no streaks remain.
- Add the powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Fold until well combined.
- Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
