- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- 4 pita breads
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken on a sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
- While chicken cooks, mix cabbage, carrots, ranch dressing, dill, and parsley in a bowl.
- Slice cooked chicken into strips.
- Warm pitas slightly if desired.
- Fill each pita with chicken and slaw.
- Serve immediately.

- Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
- Add sliced cucumbers or tomatoes for extra crunch.
