Ingredients

  • 100 g cream cheese frosting
  • 200 g dark chocolate (for coating)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine crumbled red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  5. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, coating fully, and place back on the baking sheet.
