- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F).
- Toss cherry tomatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast tomatoes in the oven at 400°F for 15 minutes.
- Brush cod fillets with remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill cod for 4-5 minutes per side until opaque and flaky.
- Mix Greek yogurt, dill, garlic, and lemon juice to make the sauce.
- Serve cod with roasted tomatoes and drizzle with dill sauce.
