Ingredients

  • 2 cups of fruit juice (orange, apple, or berry)
  • 1 cup of yogurt (vanilla or flavored)
  • 1 cup of mixed fruits (berries, diced peaches, or bananas)
  • 1/4 cup of honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • Popsicle molds or small cups with sticks
  • Plastic wrap (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the fruit juice and yogurt until well combined. If you want extra sweetness, add honey or agave syrup.
  2. Add mixed fruits to the juice-yogurt mixture and stir gently to combine.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or small cups, filling them about 3/4 full.
  4. If using cups, cover the tops with plastic wrap and insert sticks through the wrap.
  5. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
  6. To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull them out.

Notes

  • Feel free to customize the flavors by using your kids’ favorite fruit juices and yogurts.
  • For a fun twist, layer different colors of juice and yogurt in the molds.
