- 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced and peeled
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Toss until the peaches are well coated.
- Transfer the peach mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the melted butter over the oat mixture and stir until combined.
- Evenly spread the oat mixture over the peaches in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
