- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Press the dough into a greased baking sheet. Dimple the surface with your fingers.
- Drizzle olive oil over the dough and sprinkle with rosemary and sea salt.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can add toppings like olives, cherry tomatoes, or garlic before baking.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
