- 3 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
- In another bowl, mix the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth. Divide the icing into small bowls and color with food coloring to create pastel shades.
- Frost the cooled cake with the colored icing and use a spatula or knife to create fun designs.
- Top with sprinkles for decoration.
- Cut into squares and serve with whipped cream if desired.
