Ingredients

  • 50g cocoa powder (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
  2. Heat the cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
  3. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and stir until smooth.
  4. Add butter and vanilla extract, mix well.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
  6. Scoop small portions and roll into balls.
  7. Coat each truffle in cocoa powder.
  8. Chill for another 30 minutes before serving.
