Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 100ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 50g cocoa powder (for coating)
Instructions
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- Heat the cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
- Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and stir until smooth.
- Add butter and vanilla extract, mix well.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
- Scoop small portions and roll into balls.
- Coat each truffle in cocoa powder.
- Chill for another 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use high-quality chocolate for best results.
- If the mixture is too soft, refrigerate longer.
- Store truffles in an airtight container for up to a week.
