- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Season chicken with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
- Mix ranch dressing with chipotle sauce in a small bowl.
- Warm tortillas on the grill for 30 seconds.
- Layer rice, black beans, chicken, cheese, tomatoes, and cilantro on each tortilla.
- Drizzle with chipotle ranch sauce.
- Roll tightly into a burrito and serve.
