Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 spring onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add chicken slices and marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes until browned.
  5. Add bell pepper and onion, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle red pepper flakes if using.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion.
  8. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
