Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan, Mozzarella, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Form small balls from the mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the cheese balls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
Notes
- Use freshly grated cheese for best results.
- You can bake these bites at 375°F for 15-20 minutes instead of frying.
- Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
