Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the black beans, corn, bell pepper, and taco seasoning to the skillet. Stir everything together and cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- To assemble, place a scoop of the meat mixture onto each tortilla, top with shredded cheese, salsa, and avocado if desired.
