Crispy and healthy zucchini chips made in an air fryer in just 15 minutes. Perfect for a quick snack or side dish.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika (if using).
- Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t overlap.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, pat the zucchini slices dry with a paper towel before seasoning.
- Avoid overcrowding the air fryer to ensure even cooking.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days (reheat in the air fryer for best texture).
