Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together oat flour, almond flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine applesauce, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the fresh berries and dark chocolate chips (if using).
- Pour batter into a greased or lined muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
