A delicious and easy recipe for classic deviled eggs, perfect for any gathering.

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- to taste black pepper
- for garnish paprika
- for garnish chives or parsley
Instructions
- Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Once boiling, cover the pan, remove from heat, and let it sit for 12 minutes.
- After 12 minutes, transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for 5 minutes.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Mash the yolks with a fork and mix in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with chives or parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of relish or minced garlic to the yolk mixture.
- Store leftover deviled eggs in the refrigerator for up to 2 days in an airtight container.
