Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
- Drain pasta and mix with the tomato-spinach sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese before serving.

- Use whole wheat pasta for extra fiber.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Substitute cherry tomatoes with sun-dried tomatoes for a richer flavor.
