Description

Delicious and healthy date and walnut truffles that make a perfect snack or dessert. These no-bake treats are easy to make and packed with natural sweetness and crunch.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
  2. Blend dates, walnuts, cocoa powder, vanilla, cinnamon, and coconut oil in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls.
  4. Coat each ball with shredded coconut.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
