- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut (for coating)
Instructions
- Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
- Blend dates, walnuts, cocoa powder, vanilla, cinnamon, and coconut oil in a food processor until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Coat each ball with shredded coconut.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
- You can replace walnuts with almonds or cashews.
- Add a pinch of salt for extra flavor.
