Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 cups custard (prepared or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter. Stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into the baking dish. Scatter blueberries on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly, then pour custard over the cake.
- Serve warm or chilled.
Notes
- Use room-temperature eggs for better mixing.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving if desired.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
