  • 2 cups custard (prepared or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
  3. Add milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pour batter into the baking dish. Scatter blueberries on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool slightly, then pour custard over the cake.
  7. Serve warm or chilled.
