- 8 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Mix orange juice, lime juice, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl.
- Place chicken thighs in a large resealable bag and pour marinade over them.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grill or bake chicken thighs for 25-30 minutes, turning once, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving.
