  • 8 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix orange juice, lime juice, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a large resealable bag and pour marinade over them.
