Ingredients

- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix steak pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak bites for 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer steak bites to the crockpot.
- In the same skillet, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
- Pour the sauce over the steak bites in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until tender.
- Serve hot.

- Use sirloin or flank steak for best results.
- Searing the steak bites first adds extra flavor.
