- 12 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 1 cup diced cooked ham, sausage, or bacon
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
- 4 cups frozen hash browns
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Spray the inside of your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Layer the frozen hash browns at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the diced bell peppers, onions, and cooked meat over the hash browns.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layers in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the eggs are set and cooked through.
- Once done, let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares and serving.
