Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F.
- Mix flour, egg, and cold water to make batter.
- Dip vegetables in batter.
- Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve immediately with dipping sauce.
