Instructions

  1. Place the baby potatoes in a large pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until fork-tender.
  2. Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Once cooled, gently flatten each potato with a fork or the bottom of a cup until they are about 1/2 inch thick.
