Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Blend prawns in a food processor until finely chopped.
  2. Mix prawns with egg, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape into 4 burger patties.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  5. Toast burger buns lightly.
