Ingredients

- 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce and sliced tomatoes for serving
Instructions
- Blend prawns in a food processor until finely chopped.
- Mix prawns with egg, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Shape into 4 burger patties.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Toast burger buns lightly.
- Assemble burgers with lettuce, tomato, and your favorite sauce.
Notes
- Use fresh prawns for the best flavor.
- Chill the patties for 30 minutes before cooking for better texture.
- Serve with tartar sauce or a squeeze of lemon.
