Ingredients

- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix Parmesan and breadcrumbs in a shallow dish.
- Beat the egg in another dish.
- Coat chicken in egg, then in the Parmesan mixture.
- Bake chicken for 25 minutes until crispy.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Sauté garlic in olive oil, then toss with cooked pasta.
- Serve chicken over pasta, garnished with parsley.
Notes
- Use fresh Parmesan for best results.
- Adjust garlic to taste.
- Chicken is done when internal temperature reaches 165°F.
