  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 8 oz gemelli pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dip chicken pieces in beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear chicken bites for 2-3 minutes per side.

  6. Cook gemelli pasta according to package instructions.
