- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz gemelli pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip chicken pieces in beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sear chicken bites for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken to a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Cook gemelli pasta according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream, Parmesan, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and garlic over medium heat until thickened.
- Toss cooked pasta with the Alfredo sauce.
- Serve crispy chicken bites over the smoked Cajun Alfredo gemelli.
