- 1 kg chicken wings
- 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread on a baking tray.
- Bake wedges for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Season wings with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes.
- In a pan, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and chili flakes. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Toss wings in the sauce. Return to oven for 5 minutes to crisp.
- Serve wings with wedges.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil wings for 2 minutes after saucing.
- Adjust chili flakes to taste.
