Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread on a baking tray.
  3. Bake wedges for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Season wings with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. In a pan, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and chili flakes. Simmer for 3 minutes.
  6. Toss wings in the sauce. Return to oven for 5 minutes to crisp.
  7. Serve wings with wedges.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil wings for 2 minutes after saucing.
