- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Pat dry chicken wings with paper towels.
- Toss wings with cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 375°F (190°C).
- Fry wings in batches for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Drain wings on paper towels.
- In a saucepan, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook sauce over medium heat until thickened (about 3 minutes).
- Toss wings in sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately.

- For extra crispiness, double-fry the wings.
- Adjust honey and soy sauce to taste.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing if desired.
