Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Combine well.
- Shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the crab bites until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
